According to the Accounting Act, the billing data must be kept for at least six years from the end of the during which the financial year has ended. Typically, we keep information about members two years after the end of membership. Data related to orders is stored two years after the order.

The members have the right to request access to personal data concerning her. Members can send a request by e-mail, phone or post with a signed request.
