We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher in the area of algebraic number theory and Euclidean lattices. Possible research topics include:

Well-rounded lattices
Lattice packings and quantization
Hard lattice problems and lattice algorithms
Applications to security

Research experience in algebraic number theory and familiarity with lattices is essential. Additionally, some background in probability theory and/or complexity theory is considered an asset. The applicant is expected to hold a PhD degree in mathematics. A research level proficiency in English, both writing and speaking, is expected. The position is for one year, starting in January 2024 or as soon as possible after that. There is an option to renew the contract subject to mutual agreement.
