Postdoctoral Research Associate in Mathematical Physics

We invite applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant to work on a ground breaking Programme Grant funded by ERC, entitled “Log Correlations and Random Matrices (LogCorRM)”.

This is a full-time, 2 year fixed-term position. The successful candidate will work alongside Professor Jon Keating (PI) at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford, who wishes to appoint a talented researcher to support the successful launch and continuation of the LogCorRM’s Programme Grant with a comprehensive background in Mathematical Physics and/or Probability Theory.

Applicants will be expected to have, or be close to completing, a PhD in Mathematical Physics or Probability Theory, or related areas and must be able to articulate ideas clearly and logically together with the ability to perform mathematical calculations in the area.
